We do not endorse any specific lender and do not charge you any fee for using this service.

When you submit a request, we transmit your information to lenders who may then present you with an offer. Any offer you receive comes from the lender, not from Elk Lending. If you accept an offer, your relationship is with the lender, and the lender's terms and conditions will apply. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a lender.

The representative APR range is 5.99% to 35.99%. The actual APR you receive depends on the lender's assessment of your application. Not all applicants will qualify for the lowest rate. Some lenders may perform credit checks through credit bureaus.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Elk Lending or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's operation or the availability of any lender or financial product. We do not guarantee that submitting a request will result in a connection with a lender or an offer of a financial product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elk Lending shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any connection with a lender. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
